The season in the Cyclades Islands starts with Greek Orthodox Easter which in 2019 is one week later than the Catholic Church, on Sunday 19th April.Giulietta II will be available for charter from 26th April.
 May offers blue skies and everywhere is quiet, fresh and new. People have time for you whilst the days are lengthening and the pace is slow, before the season starts to build in June. June offer warm seas, clear air and the pace quickens as July arrives. August is busy and it can be frenetic, but there is much to do and to see. Then comes September... the Greek Cyclades Islands are beautiful in late summer - the sea is still warm, temperatures are perfect and the Meltemi winds of July & August are replaced by gentle breezes. Everywhere is still open and the clamor of high summer is replaced by an idyllic peace....

What to pack?

Please bring with you:-

Soft sided travel cases / bags - these are much easier to stow on a motor yacht

12v Mobile Phone & Laptop Computer Chargers

(12 volt DC power is available without the generator running ~ 240 volt AC isn’t)

If in chartering Western Europe ~ Wet weather clothes - Not applicable to Greece!

Your Passport and/or ID Card (for Customs, Port Police & Border Forces)

Travel Insurance
Giulietta II has full Passenger Liability, but you should still have personal Travel Insurance

Sun Screen ~ sun on water makes one sunburn much more easily

Beach Towels - we do NOT generally provide beach towels.
They can provided on request, but there will be a €40 Euro Laundry Charge

Good humour and a smile

Please don’t bring:-

Big hard sided suitcases -

The big advantage of being sub 50 foot / 15 metres is getting into the smaller ports

the disadvantage is that stowage space for things like big ‘hard’ suitcases is a problem

Mains chargers & equipment (240v) - they can only be used when the Generator is running

Huge quantities of clothes - this is the sub 50 foot thing again

Pets - No pets will be accepted on board without the written prior agreement of the skipper

Bed Linen - All bed linen, pillows & tailored duvets are provided on the motor yacht

Towels - Shower/Bath Sheets & hand towels are provided - we do not provide beach towels

Toiletries - We can provide complimentary, shower gel, hair shampoo and moisturiser on request

Smoking - is not actually prohibited on board, but for safety & the benefit of other guests and the crew, we ask you please not to smoke anywhere inside the boat & especially not in the cabins. Smoke Alarms are fitted in all cabins.
